Align

Your Team Isn't as Aligned as You Think.

Everyone nodded in the kickoff meeting. But two weeks in, it's clear different people had different ideas about who owns what, what's in scope, and how decisions get made. Align is a single structured session that eliminates that gap — before it becomes a problem or after it already has.

What Align Includes

A facilitated half-day or full-day working session that builds genuine shared understanding across your project team.

The Approach

Not a presentation. Not a status update. A structured conversation that surfaces assumptions, resolves ambiguity, establishes roles, and closes with clear commitments and action items.

Available for new projects, defined projects without team alignment, or teams that have drifted mid-project. Works whether you're kicking off or recovering from drift.

The Four Phases

  • Intake 30-minute call to understand your project, team dynamics, and what success looks like
  • Preparation Custom agenda, facilitation guide, and digital workspace built before the session
  • Session Structured facilitation through project story, roles, working norms, risks, and commitments
  • Summary Clean post-session document delivered within 48 hours

Who Align Is For

If any of these describe your situation, Align is the right fit.

Teams starting a defined project that's already been scoped but needs structured alignment before work begins.

Founders whose team isn't rowing in the same direction — different interpretations of the goal creating friction.

Leaders running a project where roles feel blurry and decisions are unclear before they blow up.

Teams a few weeks in who feel "off" but can't name why — needs a structured conversation to surface it.

What You Get

Post-Session Summary

Decisions made, open items identified, next steps documented and sent within 48 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we do this remote?

Half-day and full-day sessions work best in-person if possible — the energy and unguarded conversations are different. We can facilitate hybrid or fully remote, but expect to discuss the tradeoffs on the discovery call.

How much prep does my team need to do?

Zero. We design the session and facilitate it. Your team just needs to show up present and willing to have real conversations. That's it.

What if we disagree on roles during the session?

That's the point of the session — to surface disagreements in a structured way and resolve them before they cause real problems. That's where the real value is.

How long does the whole engagement take?

Intake call (30 min) → prep and design (1 week) → session (half or full day) → summary delivered (48 hours). Total elapsed time is typically 2–3 weeks.
